Twenty-six Dancers represented the Charities/Organisations. The event was a dazzling success, raising E50,000.
The local charities to benefit from the event were: North West Simon Community; Alzheimer’s Association; The Avalon Centre, Irish Wheelchair Association, G.R.O.W., Diabetes Federation, The Carers Assocation, North West Hospice, Tubbercurry Day Centre, Ballymote Tidy Towns, St John’s Garden Room Project, North West MS Therapy Centre and Abbeyquarter Centre.
“We would like to express our gratitude to the public who supported them in this fundraising event,” said Sligo Lions President Brian Corcoran.
