Celebrated comedian Des Bishop brings his latest comedy show “Grey Matters” to the Hawk’s Well Theatre on Friday, November 27 at 8pm.

Des is something of an adopted Irish son, having forged his comedy reputation by performing here in the mid 90s.
In his latest show, Des explains that the fantasy of everlasting youth died with his last purchase of Just for Men over a year ago.
Now, embracing the grey, Grey Matters tackles the issues confronting him these days; returning to live in New York, other people’s kids, gender equality, the dangers of snapchat, dating a Chinese woman, the prospect of reaching 40 and most of all, after the documentary style stand up show about his time in China, Des is looking forward to returning to straight stand up where he can riff about whatever is on his mind.
