She might be famous for her award-winning Sean Nos dancing, but Leitrim Rose Edwina Guckian will show she knows how to swing as part of a new series of adult dance classes starting next Tuesday.
The Leitrim Sculpture Centre in Manorhamilton will play host to adult and child Sean Nos dancing classes, beginning on Tuesday, January 20 from 6-7pm, but straight afterwards in the same venue, there will be Swing Dance classes for adults from 7-8pm.
The Sean Nos dancing classes will be hosted by Edwina, whose dance troupe, Sean Nos ar an tSionann have performed on TV and for two Irish Presidents.
But Edwina will also host the swing classes, which begins with a four-week schedule from Tuesday, January 20.
