Former Westlife singer Mark Feehily is to use his real first name, Markus, for his new solo career. And Irish fans will get their first chance to see him perform live when he comes to the Olympia on March 8.
Tickets for Markus’ first solo Irish show will go on sale tomorrow morning, Friday, January 23 at 9am through Ticketmaster outlets or online, priced from €27.90.
Markus will be the last of the three Sligo members of Westlife to release a solo album, following the group’s split in 2012. Last year saw both Kian Egan and Shane Filan launch albums and perform
extensively in the UK and beyond.
Mark’s Olympia show will come just a few days after he plays live in London. His debut album is expected to be released in late March or early April.
